30th Anniversary

A 30th anniversary video package created for Montkovo, filmed across offices, production, and active construction sites. The project includes a hero anniversary film supported by a set of recruitment edits and short-form content for digital and social use.

30 years strong, stable, and moving forward. That’s the message the main film is built around, using a more cinematic and emotional approach.

Short-form output was focused in two ways. Informative, cinematic cutdown for brand presence and faster, more action oriented edits focusing on the energy in construction and recruitment appeal.
